Abstract
"This study aimed to identify the contribution of HRM in achieving
competitive advantage. To achieve this, we examined two aspects in this
study: a theoretical aspect and an applied aspect, relying on the descriptiveanalytical method.
The applied aspect includes a field study of the Bank of Agriculture
and Rural Development, with the aim of assessing the extent to which the
institution adopts HRM in supporting its competitiveness.
The students concluded from this study that adopting HRM and
adhering to its requirements and conditions contributes to creating a
competitive advantage for the institution, And it is necessary to maintain
human competencies, considering them the fundamental pillar in achieving
competitive advantage"
