dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to identify the role of training in improving the performance of employees in the Civil Protection Directorate of Ain Temouchent, using a training questionnaire and a job performance questionnaire, and applying them to a purposive sample of 80 workers. The data were statistically analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS20). The results were as follows: There is a strong relationship between the effectiveness of training and job performance. There are no statistically significant differences in the effectiveness of training attributable to the age variable. There are no statistically significant differences in the effectiveness of training attributable to the seniority variable. Keywords: Training, Job Performance, Civil Protection, Employees.en_US
