Abstract

This study aimed to highlight the extent of the impact of digital applications on organizational culture within the Algerian institution. The subject was examined at the Directorate of University Services of Ain Temouchent. We adopted the quantitative approach and used the questionnaire as the main tool for collecting data from a sample of students benefiting from the services of the university directorate. The data were analyzed using appropriate statistical methods. Our scientific experience enabled us to analyze the results in light of the proposed hypotheses and to identify the most important transformations brought about by these digital applications in organizational values and practices, as well as in patterns of interaction and communication within the organizational environment.
