Abstract
This research explores the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in teaching French as
a foreignlanguage (FLE), analyzingitsadvantages and challenges. It includes a theoretical section
defining AI, itshistoricalevolution, and its impact on readingcomprehension. The study examines AI’s
influence on the teacher, the learner, and knowledgeitself, focusing on applications
thatenhancelearningexperiences. Benefitssuch as personalizedlearning and instant evaluation are
discussed, alongside challenges like cultural nuances and privacyrisks. Ultimately, the
researchunderscores the importance of balancing technologywithhuman interaction to ensure effective
