Abstract

"This memo addresses the importance of digitization and its role in improving healthcare services, based on the current challenges faced by the sector, particularly in terms of efficiency, quality, and speed of service delivery. The memo explores the mechanisms of digital transformation through the adoption of modern technologies such as electronic health records (EHR), artificial intelligence (AI), and telemedicine applications, which contribute to enhancing diagnostic accuracy, reducing waiting times, and improving patient satisfaction.
