Abstract
This research aims to study the relationship between competency management
and its impact on the development of human resources by following ways that
contribute to the development of the individual's abilities and human
competence, including training. The wages and incentives observed in the
institution in question have a positive impact on the development of efficiency
capabilities and therefore an impact on the rest of human resources, which has
contributed to the adoption of the method of managing competencies in the
institution for its effective role and its impact on the development of human
resources.
