Résumé
This study aimed to analyze the impact of using artificial intelligence applications on organizational performance in the Algerian Telecommunications Directorate in Ain Temouchent. The study adopted the descriptive-analytical approach, where data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to a random sample of 50 employees. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 26.
The results revealed a strong positive and statistically significant correlation between the use of artificial intelligence applications and organizational performance. They also showed a clear significant effect of these applications on improving internal processes, the financial perspective, and the learning and growth perspective. Furthermore, the study found statistically significant differences attributed to the variables of educational level and job position. In light of these findings, the study recommends strengthening the adoption of artificial intelligence technologies in Algerian telecommunications institutions, with a focus on developing human competencies and building advanced digital infrastructure to achieve a successful digital transformation and sustainable competitive organizational performance.
