Abstract
Destruction of total quality is a growing entrance to raise the level
of service at the level of banking institutions, as the latter is the
main financier of the local economy and a reflection of the extent
to which they comply with international standards attributes of
quility requirements of different customers and then the application
of total quality management which requires the cooperation of all
individuals at the level of each banking institution in order to meet
the needs and desires of customers and then the ability to face
competition and stay in the market and achieve all long-term goals
total quality management baffles an excellent method in the
banking institution and its application requires a set of
requirements that begin with the acquisition and commitment of the
senior management to its application and this is So that the model
of built to achieve internal and external customer statisfaction the
banking institution
