Abstract

This study aimed to highlight the role of Financial Technology (FinTech) in enhancing the quality of banking services. The practical study was applied to the National Savings and Insight Bank (CNEP-BANQUE), Ain Témouchent branch, by analyzing a questionnaire distributed to a sample of bank clients and employees using the SPSS software. The study concluded that adopting FinTech solutions and digital transformation effectively contributes to improving operational efficiency, modernizing electronic payment methods, and saving time and effort, thereby boosting customer satisfaction and achieving a competitive advantage. Despite some technical and cultural challenges, digitization remains a strategic necessity for modernizing the banking system and developing credit and financing activities
