Abstract

The object of the present study deals with the various challenges that the female entrepreneur must face in the region of AinT’emouchent. These are precisely the social and cultural obstacles that the female entrepreneur has to face during her economic activity, in addition to the unfavorable social environment that does not look favorably on the activity of women in the business world, perceived as a space reserved strictly for men. Our objective is to study these challenges that women entrepreneurs face in this social cultural environment through the following questions: - Are women entrepreneurs in the Ain-Temouchent region really faced with social and cultural obstacles that hinder their activity and the proper functioning of their businesses? - Is the social environment an encouraging factor or a hindering factor for the activity of women entrepreneurs? - To answer these questions we have adopted a field survey method in which we conducted an interview that includes 18 question divided into two axes the first concerns the general data of the semple And the second axis studies the particular data of notion such as entrepreneurship ,family , relatives and neighbors as well as the perception of society about the female entrepreneur . these question are asked of a sample Of 7 companies to which we have obtained answer which are then analyzed and interpreted
