Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of digitization on job performance effectiveness at the National Social Insurance Fund for Salaried Workers (CNAS) in Aïn Témouchent, focusing on demographic variables (gender, age, education level, experience, and computer proficiency). The research adopted a descriptive-analytical approach using a questionnaire as the main data collection tool applied to a sample of employees. Results showed that age and education level had a statistically significant effect on digital perception and performance, while gender, experience, and IT proficiency showed no significant differences. The study recommends strengthening digital training programs for all staff regardless of background
