Abstract
This study aimed to identify the role of servant leadership practices in achieving organizational excellence in Sonelgaz Ain Tamouchant, and in order to reach the goal, the descriptive and analytical approaches were used, and the tools of the study were the questionnaire distributed to 40 individuals from Sonelgaz Ain Tamouchant employees, and to analyze the data obtained, we used the statistical packages program (SPSS) version (26).
A number of results were reached, the most important of which is the existence of a strong correlation between servant leadership practices and organizational excellence in the research institution, and there is a statistically significant impact of servant leadership practices in achieving organizational excellence in Sonelgaz.
The study also provided

recommendations, including the need to increase the knowledge of the leaders of the research institution on the concepts of servant leadership and ways to apply its dimensions, which will greatly contribute to developing the capabilities of employees and reaching outstanding performance, and constantly seeking to listen to the opinions of employees, to ensure that the organization has competent resources that may support it in achieving its goals.
