Résumé
This research examines the contribution of artificial intelligence to vocabulary memorization
among fifth-grade primary school pupils through the integration of interactive digital tools
such as ChatGPT, Grok, Wordwall, and Educaplay in the teaching and learning of French as a
foreign language. It aims to analyze the impact of these technologies on vocabulary
acquisition, memorization, and reuse in written production. To achieve these objectives, a
mixed-method approach was adopted, combining a questionnaire addressed to teachers and an
experiment conducted with an experimental group and a control group. This study also
highlights the importance of innovative teaching practices that promote interactive and
motivating learning.
