Abstract

The study aimed to identify the Relationship between the quality of work life and job performance among workers in the adminstration of the presidecy of belhaj bouchaib university ain temouchent province. Onorder to achieve the objectives of the study ,the descriptive approach wasrelied upon, and to obtain the necessary data ,two questionnaires wereused to measure the quality of work life and job performance on a sample of 70 administrative workers from a population of 85 administrative workers, the statistical program(SPSS) version 20was relied upon to process the data and statistical methods were used .the study reached the following results : There is a high level of quality of worm life among workers in the administration of the presidecy of belhadj bouchaib university in ain temouchent . There is a high level of job performance among the workers of the administration of the presidecy of belhaj bouchaib university in the state of ain temouchent. There is a statically significant correlation between the qudality of work life and job performance among workers in the administration of the presidency of belhaj bouchaib university in the state of ain temouchent.
