Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of digital transformation on financial performance in economic institutions through a case study of SONELGAZ in the province of Ain Temouchent, by highlighting the extent to which digital transformation contributes to improving financial performance efficiency within the institution. The study was based on a sample of 04 employees and administrative staff selected purposively from different managerial levels. A questionnaire was used as the main data collection tool, consisting of statements related to digital transformation dimensions and financial performance. The findings revealed a positive and statistically significant impact of digital transformation on financial performance, in addition to its contribution to improving financial data accuracy, reducing costs, accelerating transactions, and increasing profitability within the institution.
