| dc.description.abstract | In recent decades, the world has witnessed a radical transformation due to the rapid developments in information and communication technologies. Digitization has become a strategic tool across various sectors, particularly in the field of higher education. This digital transformation has posed new challenges for universities, which are now required to adopt modern technological mechanisms to ensure the quality of their performance and their responsiveness to a changing environment. In this context, digitization is no longer limited to technical aspects but has also extended to organizational and administrative dimensions. This highlights the importance of studying the relationship between digitization and organizational development in higher education institutions, as it reflects the extent to which these institutions are prepared to keep up with global changes and achieve effective organizational performance. Our study aims to uncover the role of digitization in achieving organizational development in higher education institutions by examining the relationship between digital transformation and a set of key organizational variables, namely: digital platforms, transparency, professional efficiency, and effective communication. We adopted a descriptive methodology to analyze the dimensions of the topic, enabling us to provide an accurate description and scientific analysis of the phenomenon under study. The research was conducted on a simple random sample of 70 professors from various disciplines within the same faculty, using a structured questionnaire consisting of 23 questions distributed across four main axes.
