dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to highlight the extent of the impact of agile leadership practices on enhancing organizational loyalty, through a field study conducted at the Medical gloves company TOP GLOVES, Aïn Témouchent. The study addressed five key dimensions of agile leadership practices: workplace organization, continuous improvement, standardized work, multiskilled workers, and flexibility on handling. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, and data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to a sample of 120 employees. The data were analyzed using the statistical program SPSS V22, with the aim of the impact of agile leadership on enhancing organizational loyalty. The results showed a positive and significant impact of agile leadership on enhancing organizational loyalty, it contributed to varying degrees in building a positive organizational culture, making effective decisions, and promoting innovation and change.en_US
