Abstract
The studyaimed to find out the effect of job satisfaction factors (payment,
motivation, promotion opportunities) on improving the performance of workers
in the cement establishment of banisaf in aintemouchent stat, and in order to
carry
out thisstudy a descriptive and analyticalapproachwasadopted by using the
questionnaire as a main tool for collectingprimary data, where 35 questionnaires
weredistributed to all the workers of the institution and theywerefullyrecovered
by percentage 100% c

processing and analysis of the study data, and the most important findingwere
the existance of a statisticallysignificanteffect of job satisfaction factores on
