Résumé
This study aimed to determine the correlation between psychological identity
states and psychological well-being among adolescent students at Amour
Ahmed High School in Ain Temouchent Province. It also sought to identify
differences in identity and psychological well-being levels based on gender. The
sample consisted of 174 adolescent students (number of males and females)
selected randomly. Two scales were used: the James-Marcia Identity States
Scale (1998) and the Psychological Well-being Scale (1995). The study yielded
the following results
There is a statistically significant relationship between psychological
identity states and perceived well-being among adolescents.
There are statistically significant differences in psychological identity
states among students based on gende
There are statistically significant differences in perceived well-being
among students based on gender.
