Abstract

This study aimed to explore the role of electronic management in achieving job satisfaction among employees at Dr. Benzerjeb Hospital in Aïn Témouchent. The research followed a descriptive-analytical methodology, with data collected and statistically analyzed to test the hypotheses using a set of questionnaires distributed to a sample of 40 hospital employees. The results supported the alternative hypotheses, confirming a statistically significant and strong relationship between the use of hardware and software in electronic management and job satisfaction (r=0.568, Sig=0.00), as well as between the use of electronic networks and job satisfaction (r=0.385, Sig=0.01). The study also revealed a moderately positive correlation between the effectiveness of information systems and job satisfaction (r=0.419, Sig=0.07), despite not achieving conventional statistical significance. However, the relationship between human resource efficiency in applying electronic management and job satisfaction did not show strong statistical significance (r=0.191, Sig=0.2). Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that the extent of hardware and software use is the only variable that significantly influences job performance (Beta=0.478, Sig=0.006), whereas electronic networks and information systems did not contribute significantly. These findings are based on rigorous statistical analysis using Pearson correlation coefficients and regression testing, and are supported by previous studies highlighting the importance of digital transformation in enhancing work environments and employee satisfaction "
