Résumé
This study aimed to analyze the relationship between human capital and digital transformation at the Office for Real Estate Promotion and Management in the Wilaya of Ain Temouchent, by examining the extent to which its various dimensions influence the success of the digital transformation process within the organization under study. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach and used a questionnaire as the main data collection tool. The questionnaire was distributed to a sample of the organization's employees, and the collected data were analyzed using appropriate statistical methods.
The study found positive correlations between certain dimensions of human capital and digital transformation, while other dimensions showed weak or statistically insignificant relationships. The results also revealed a positive and statistically significant effect of human capital, through its various dimensions, on the success of digital transformation, highlighting the importance of developing human resources to enhance the effectiveness of digital transformation within the organization. The study further emphasizes the need to invest in human competencies as a key factor in the successful implementation of digitalization.
