Abstract

This study aimed to identify administrative control tools and their role in improvinge employee performance within sonelgaz,by highlighting employee oversight and performance evaluation, and emphasizing the importance of administrative control as a crucial element of successful and effective management and its impact on performance enhancement.the descriptive analytical approach was employed, as it was best suited to the study s subject matter.data collection was conducted a questionnaire administered to a sample of sonelgaz administrators. The study concluded that administrative control enables the organization to acheive its desired objectives, and that performance evaluation is one of the most important control tools for increasing performance levels, allowing the organization to understand the capabilities and competencies of its employees
