Abstract

This study aimed to identify the role of knowledge management enhancing innovation at the beni saf cement company in Ain temouchent the study examined the various dimensions of knowledge management represented by (knowledge generation knowledge storage knowledge distribution knowledge application) and their contribution to fostering innovation to address the research problem the descriptive-analytical approach was adopted. The study instrument consisted of questionnaire distributed to a sample of (45) employees the Beni saf cement company in Ain Temouchent. The collected data were analyze using the statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS) . The findings revealed the existence of a statistically significant effect of knowledge management on enhancing innovation، The study recommended the necessity of integrating knowledge management and innovation into the organizations strategy in order to achieve optimal performance and excellence in a competitive business environment.
