Résumé
The aim of this study was to examine the impact of electronic management use on job stress among administrative staff at the Tax Directorate of the AinTemouchent Province. This was achieved by administering an electronic management questionnaire and a job stress questionnaire to a random sample of 101 administrative staff. The data were then analyzed statistically using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS20), and the results were as follows:
- There is a statistically significant effect of electronic management use on job stress among administrative staff at the Tax Directorate of the AinTemouchent Province.
- There are no statistically significant differences in electronic management practices among administrative staff attributable to demographic variables (gender, age, seniority).
- There are statistically significant differences in occupational stress among administrative staff attributable to the gender variable.
- There are no statistically significant differences in occupational stress among administrative staff attributable to demographic variables (age, seniority).
