Abstract

This study examines the governance of public services in the context of the use of artificial intelligence technologies by analyzing the relationship between artificial intelligence and public administration, as well as its impact on improving the quality of public services and developing administrative management methods. The study focuses on the theoretical framework of the key concepts related to artificial intelligence and public service governance, while also highlighting the foundations of modern governance in public administration. Furthermore, it explores the mechanisms for integrating artificial intelligence into public service management and its role in supporting administrative decision-making, enhancing transparency, and improving efficiency.

The study concludes that artificial intelligence constitutes an effective tool for modernizing public administration despite the existence of legal, human, and technical challenges that may hinder its full implementation. The findings also emphasize the importance of establishing an integrated regulatory framework to ensure the success of digital transformation in the public sector. Ultimately, the study demonstrates that smart governance has become a necessity for enhancing effectiveness and improving the performance of public services.
