Résumé
The study adopted a qualitative ethnographic approach using interviews and observation to explore how university students balance work and study. It examined the theoretical foundations, motivations, and impacts of combining both roles, highlighting that part-time work is the most common choice due to its flexibility. The findings showed that balancing work and study affects students academically, psychologically, and socially, while also providing benefits such as financial independence, professional experience, and personal development. Finally, the study emphasized that effective time management, planning, communication, and strong social support are essential strategies for achieving a successful balance between academic and professional responsibilities.
