Abstract

The study explores the artistic structure in the poetry of Abu al Qassim Saadallah through his Diwan Al-Zaman Al-Akhdar. It highlights his importance as a major Algerian poet known for combining authenticity with innovation, and for the richness of his language and the depth of his intellectual and national themes. The research focuses on analyzing the main artistic elements in his poetry, such as imagery, rhythm, language, and stylistic techniques. It is based on two poems: a classical poem, “Anthem of Youth” and a free verse poem “The Revolution” in order to show the artistic characteristics of each.
