    This study aims to evaluate the level of human resources performance in an economic enterprises in Algeria, using one of the artificial intelligence techniques of fuzzy logic that corresponds to modern decision systems, as it allows the processing of vague information that lacks precision in method of estimation, where the technique of fuzzy inference Mamdani was applied to evaluate the level of human resources performance at the Sonelgaz enterprise of Ain Temouchent, and with the help of Matlab data processing program the study reached the evaluation of this performance which it was set at 54%, and the study concluded with recommendations on the process of evaluating the performance of human resources in the enterprise under study.

    نسعى من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم وتحليل حالة الاستدامة لقطاع النقل في الجزائر، بالاستناد إلى مؤشرات النقل المستدام الصادرة عن البنك الدولي اعتمدنا فيها على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث أشارت النتائج إلى أن تصنيف الجزائر في مراتب متدنية فيما يخص مؤشرات إمكانية الوصول والكفاءة والسلامة والتنقل الأخرر ؤؤدد على أن ناام النقل فيها بعيد تماما عن الأهداف المرجوة في هذا المجال، مما ؤستوجب العمل على إدماج مفهوم الاستدامة في استراتيجية النقل

    حاولنا في دراستنا هذه؛ كمرحلة أولى؛ تقديم أهم ملامح كل من أنظمة المعلومات المحاسبية من جهة؛ والحوسبة السحابية من جهة أخرى، ثم في مرحلة ثانية، قمنا بالربط بين متغيرات الدراسة بتبيان مدى تأثير الحوسبة السحابية على أنظمة المعلومات المحاسبية مبرزين أهم المزايا التي يمكن للحوسبة السحابية أن توفرها لتطوير وتحديث هذه الأنظمة وزيادة فعاليتها، خاصة وان أنظمة المعلومات المحاسبية الحالية تميزت في الغالب بالتعقيد وكبر حجمها لدرجة انه يتعذر فهمها بالكامل. تقدم الحوسبة السحابية؛ والتي تعتبر واحدة من أحدث الاتجاهات في عالم تكنولوجيا المعلومات، نموذجا جديدا يقلل من تعقيد تكنولوجيا المعلومات من خلال توفير خدمات محوسبة عند الطلب في أي وقت وفي أي مكان عبر الإنترنت وفقا للبرمجيات ومعايير الأمن والسرية للبيانات

    Business intelligence (BI) is a great help for the management control in two areas: search for information on the external environment of the company (collection and dissemination of information) and forecasting (detection of weak signals). So we can say that cooperation between these two systems is beneficial for the development of the strategy and decision-making. This article presents the results of an empirical study which shows that the turbulence of the external environment of the company and the relevance of the information provided by the eve promote cooperation between business intelligence and management control.

This article aims to expand the existing literature review on impact assessment techniques based on an analytical and descriptive method grouping the different approaches, our results confirm the requirement to employ new techniques based on experimental and non-experimental approaches.

    أھمیة جودة الخدمات في اكتساب رضا الزبون دراسة حالة قطاع الاتصالات بالجزائر

    تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم مستوى جودة الخدمات المقدمة من طرف متعاملي الهاتف النقال بالجزائر(موبليس، جيزي و أوريدو) و أثرها على رضا الزبائن، وقد خصت الدراسة ولاية عين تموشنت، حيث قمنا بتوزيع 385 استمارة، وهذا بالاعتماد على نموذج الأداء بأبعاده الخمسة (الملموسية، الإعتمادية، الإستجابة، الأمان، والتعاطف) مع إضافة بعد سادس هو الاتصال. وقد توصلنا إلى وجود تأثير واضح لجودة الخدمة على رضا الزبائن لدى كافة المؤسسات الثلاثة، مع تواجد اختلاف في الأهمية النسبية لكل بعد. الكلمات المفتاحية: جودة الخدمات ، رضا الزبائن ، نموذج servperf ، قطاع الاتصالات

    المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة وإشكالية البطالة في الجزائر–دراسة قياسية خلال الفترة2000-2018

    This study aims to measure the extent of the contribution of small and medium enterprises in alleviating unemployment in Algeria during the period (2000-2018), where data was relied on from the Ministry of SMEs related to the ratio of the contribution of SMEs in employment to the total employment employed nationally, and other data related to Unemployment belongs to the National Bureau of Statistics during the study period. The results indicated that there is an inverse relationship between the two variables, in other words that SMEs have a contribution to alleviate unemployment in Algeria.

    Importance of service quality in gaining consumer satisfaction: Case study of Ooredoo mobile operator.

    The main purpose of the current study is to assess the services quality provided to customers of mobile phone operator in Algeria Ooredoo, and its impact on customer satisfaction. 112 surveys were randomly distributed on mobile users in the province of Ain Temouchent, based on the performance of the five dimensions model (tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy), however another dimension was added (communication) to complete the study. The result found that there is a clear impact of the service quality on customer satisfaction among all three operators, with difference in the relative importance of each dimension

    HOW FAR DOES THE CENTRAL BANK INFLUENCE ITS ECONOMIES? THE EXAMPLE OF ALGERIA

    This study focused on Algeria and it looked at how education quality affected the knowledge economy. The theoretical anchor was the endogenous or new growth hypothesis. Secondary sources were used to get panel-structured data that spanned 48 Algerian provinces in 22 years (1999-2020). The equations were estimated using the fixed-random effect model and Hausman test, Also the Kao (Engle Ganger-based) cointegration test proved that the series did indeed have a long-run connection. The findings indicated that the knowledge economy was boosted by a rise in students' Baccalaureate and Intermediate test success rates. This is due to the fact that a rise in exam success rates indicates that individuals at various educational levels are now receiving education of a higher caliber, and the economy depends on this caliber of education. The rise in students and professors is a sign that there are more knowledgeable people and specialized educators accessible to fuel the knowledge economy. As more educated citizens pass their exams and graduate from college, they are hired from the labor market into industries as significant production factors whose skills, values, and knowledge acquired through specialized training are expected to promote machine handling and coordination of other human and nonhuman production factors to fuel the knowledge economy. Teachers should be provided with ongoing professional development opportunities to help them provide instruction at all educational levels, according to a recommendation. This would improve their ability to educate and inspire students and help them do better on their intermediate and baccalaureate exams.

    The study aims to identify the main factors influencing the solvency risk management in insurance companies, using factor analysis method to extract such factors, Results indicated that Insurance companies should ensure their ability to take risks they want to subscribe is the basic step immediately before subscription, the necessity for continuous revision of underwriting policy and evaluation of its performance, As well as the importance of adopting investment plans that serve the company's objectives and development, Our main recommendation is to rationalize underwriting operations, good selection of subscribed risks and revision of existing policies.

    أثرالنشاط التأميني على النموالاقتصادي باستعمال منهج الانحدارالذاتي لفترات الإبطاء المو ّزعة في الجزائر

    This paper examines the relationship between financial development and economic growth for the Algerian economy in the short and long –run over the period 1992-2014, This analysis is based on the Autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) approach given by (Pesaran et al,2001). And the Unrestricted Error Correction Model (UECM). The cointegration test indicates the existence of a long- run relationship between insurance industry and economic growth. The study showed a negative effect of life insurance penetration on economic growth in the long term and short term, and the existence of a positive impact of non-life insurance penetration on economic growth, Therefore the finding of this study does strongly support the view that economic growth enhance insurance industry In Algeria.

    The cointegration test indicates the existence of a long-run relationship between insurance industry and economic growth. The study shows a negative effect of life insurance penetration on economic growth in the long and short terms, and the existence of a positive impact of non-life insurance penetration on economic growth. Therefore, the finding of this study does strongly support the view that economic growth enhances insurance industry in Algeria.
