On this basis, the Algerian government attaches great importance to the system of public transactions in terms of regulation and supervision in order to establish the principle of transparency and equality to protect public money from waste, corruption and stealing. So, our objective in this paper is to highlight the stages of concluding public transactions in the new Presidential Decree 15-247.Item أثر الاقتصاد غير الرسمي على البطالة في الجزائر دراسة قياسية بنموذج الانحدار الذاتي لفترات الابطاء الموزعة (أردل) في الفترة 2015-1999(مجلـة الاستراتيجية والتنميـة, 2020) حولية, يحيى; بورعدة, حوريةThe purposeof this paperis to test the impact of the informal economy on unemployment in Algeria during the period 1991-2015 using the cointegration approach, proposed by Pesaran and all (2001) and the Autoregressive Distributed Lags model (ARDL ) proposed by Pesaran and shin (1999), for the purpose of estimating both short- and longtermelasticities. An original interpretation of the causes of this phenomenon has been proposed in recent years by the so-called New Brazilian School of Developmentalist. It should be noted, however, that this approach lacks a coherent formalization of its main proposals. This article aims to fill this gap in the literature. We assess, analytically whether Dutch disease can be propelled by the discovery of natural resources and the adoption of an external savings growth strategy. In both cases, a class coalition between workers and rentiers leads to an overvaluation of the real exchange rate. As a result, inflation is brought under control while artificially increasing real wages and financial incomes. The model provides a bridge between classical development theory and demand-driven growth theories, drawing on elements of both traditions.Item دور العوامل الاقتصادية والاجتماعية في التأثير عمى اقتناء السيارات في الجزائر(مجلـة اقتصاديات الاعمال والتجارة, 2021) بوعقل, مصطفى; بن ياني, مرادThis study aims to design a model to measure the impact of eco-social factors on the cars' acquisition in Algeria. The study concluded that the cars' acquisition is highly influenced by the overall social factors, and this indicates that the dynamism of the exchange rate and the inflation in the negative direction is less than the movement of population growth and the per capita gross income in the positive direction.
