أثر قدرات تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تعزيز البراعة التنظيمية

Résumé

This study aimed to examine the role of Information Technology (IT) capabilities, with its dimensions (architectural IT capabilities, infrastructure capabilities, human resources capabilities, relational resources capabilities, and dynamic capabilities), in achieving organizational ambidexterity, with its dimensions (exploitation, exploration, and structural ambidexterity) in the Electricity and Gas Distribution Directorate of Sonelgaz in Ain Temouchent. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to a sample of 50 employees. The data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 26. The results revealed a strong correlation and a statistically significant impact of IT capabilities on organizational ambidexterity in the studied organization. The study concluded with several recommendations, most notably the need to integrate IT capabilities into the overall strategy of the organization, moving beyond mere operational use to contribute effectively to achieving balance between exploitation and exploration activities.
