Abstract

The present study aimed to investigate the role of support institutions in the vocational rehabilitation of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). It also sought to identify statistically significant differences in the role of these institutions based on the variables of gender, age, and degree of disability. The study sample consisted of 30 individuals with ASD, aged between 19 and 39 years, selected through purposive sampling. The "Support Institutions for Vocational Rehabilitation" scale, developed by researcher Hamid Jassim Hammadi in 2016, was used. The results revealed that the general hypothesis was exploratory in nature. Findings indicated that the impact of support institutions on the vocational rehabilitation of individuals with ASD was low. Furthermore, the study found no statistically significant differences in the role of support institutions based on gender, age, or degree of disability.
