The large diversity of natural and artificial materials encountered in civil engineering opens up a wide use of them in the field of construction. The most important properties of these materials and their economic character play an important role in determining their scope. The use of lightweight concrete provides flexibility in the design of structures and induces several economies. Indeed, the reduction in the dead load of the structure allows to realize worn longer, lower sections of the support elements and the dimensions of the foundations, and to reduce the amount of reinforcing steel. On the other hand, we also note the difficulty of preparation and implementation of lightweight concretes. The particularity of lightweight aggregate concretes is the combination of a cement matrix with very rigid aggregates ,these aggregates are characterized by high porosity and can absorb a considerable portion of the water from the fresh concrete, reflecting the need for water lightweight concrete. It is also influenced by the surface texture and shape of the aggregates used ,In this work, we are interested in making a lightweight concrete based pozzolanic aggregates and Ploys Beton, adding it is made with different percentages of sand substituted pozzolanic. The results are used to observe the influence of the quality of the cement matrix and the density of aggregates, steering and lightweight concreteen_US
