Abstract

"The study aimed to explore the contribution of business intelligence (BI) with its dimensions data storage, data processing and analysis, data mining, and data visualization techniques—in supporting strategic decision-making at the Savings and Reserve Bank of Ain Témouchent Agency. Additionally, it sought to identify strategic decisions and their dimensions, as well as their importance within organizations, to establish the relationship between the two variables. A descriptive-analytical approach was adopted for analysis. To achieve the research objectives, a questionnaire was used to collect relevant data, which was then analyzed to derive findings. A random sample of 35 employees was selected from the study population, and responses were retrieved for data collection and analysis. Hypotheses were tested using statistical analysis software. The study concluded that: There is a statistically significant correlation between business intelligence and strategic decision-making. Furthermore, the study provided a set of suggestions and recommendations to help the agency address potential challenges. Keywords: Business Intelligence, Strategic Decision-Making, Data Mining"
