Abstract

This study aims to identify the role of financial technological innovations (FinTech) in developing financial services within Sonelgaz Corporation by highlighting the extent to which modern financial technologies contribute to improving financial performance and the quality of services provided. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to a sample of the corporation’s employees and analyzed using the SPSS software, with hypotheses tested through appropriate statistical methods. The findings revealed a positive impact of financial technological innovations on the development of financial services by improving the speed and accuracy of financial transactions and enhancing operational efficiency within the corporation. The study also recommended strengthening digital transformation and adopting more advanced financial technologies to further improve and develop financial services in the future.
