is a

invested to solve the problem of traditional electricity consumption expenses at the
University Center of A

as an example of
an
institution
in
the higher education and scientific
research sector.
This
Search has
three
chapters: where the
firs
t
chapter
deals with
theoretical
and
legal
knowledge
’s
about
the funding system in institutions of higher education and scientific research
and
the second
chapter
on
scientific information and econom
ic facts about renewable energy.
About
the
third
chapter
,
is divided into
two
parts:
a
n analytical and
prospective
study,
respectively,
which
in
the first part a descriptive and
analytical study of the capacity of electricity consumed, its expenditures and its relation
with
varia
tions
of
the
activity of
the University Center
of
Aïn Témouchent
, as well as a descriptive statistical study of the
climatic potential of the center's site coordinates. The
Prospective
Study is a proposal to
implement
a solar
panel photovoltaic
station
with a detailed assessment
of the project
