Abstract

It seeks to address various forms of job laxity, such as absenteeism, tardiness, neglect of duties, non-compliance with internal rules and regulations, and inadequate task performance. The aim is to demonstrate the effectiveness of administrative control mechanisms in reinforcing discipline, improving job performance, and assisting organizations and institutions in achieving their objectives. Moreover, the study contributes to strengthening and developing organizational policy within administrative departments. This is achieved through the analysis of opinions from a sample of administrators, employees, and professors at the Faculty of Arts, Languages, and Social Sciences at the University of Ain Temouchent, Hassiba Boucheaib.
