Abstract
This study aimed to know the management of the competencies of the
human element in its five dimensions (recruitment, training and development,
competency assessment, motivation, and administrative empowerment) and its
impact on competitive performance. In Ain Temouchent, the questionnaire was
distributed to a sample of 100 individuals to be retrieved in full without excluding
any of them. To analyze the questionnaire data, the researcher used the statistical
package for social sciences. SPSS26.
The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that the
management of the competencies of the human element in the TOP GLOVES
institution for the manufacture of gloves under study in Ain Temouchent is a
medium level.
As for the level of competitive performance in the institution under study, it
was found to be close to good
