Abstract

The legal protection of public employees with framework of anti-corruption is one of important topics, reflecting the employee role as fundamental the proper fuctioning of public facilities. This stady highlights of public service in serving the public interest and implementing policies; along with the pressures and risks that public employee may face; especially when exposing corrupt practices and deviations; the legislator has been keen to established a set of legel guaranttees to protect and enhance their sense of security and job stabilitiy The study reviews international efforts in combating corrption; particularly in law 06-01; which provides a legal framework of protect public employees of any form retaliation. The importance of reporting is centered as effective mechanisms for uncovering corrption wich requires the provision the confidentiality of whistleblowers. It further addressses the various legal institutional established by the legislator; aiming to ashieve a balonce between protectig employees and ensuring legal protection corrption measures The study concludes that stading legal protection contributes of transparency and within public facility.
