Abstract
Our,study on the impact of remote work on changing the work culture,and the
research targeted the changes brought about by the new situation of work
represented by remote work,relying on digital technology in teaching our problem
came as fpllows :what is the impact of the shift in the educational work method from
in-prson education to distance work in re shaping the work culture in faculty of
social sciences ? -ln order to address the latter,we relied on the following main
,hypothesis : the
shift in the method, of educational work from in- person work to distance work
brought about a change in the work system faculty of social sciences .
Ln turn,it is divided info sub-hypotheses :pomote,work in the educational fieid is a
reality a faculty of social sciences.
One of the most important of shaping the work culture in the college of social
sciences is the reliance on the work method
Romte in higher education changing social relations and work values ln order to
addres this study we relied on the approach of harmony ,and conractipn and we
also used the comprative ,method to de scribe remote ,work and compare and anal
yze remote work in the old and modern system,and in the field we relied on the
interie to collect field data.

We conducted our study at Belhadi Bouchaib university in ain timouchant ,we
chose the intentional sample which included ,ten professors,and three,students from
,the facilty of Arits,and languages,the adopted hy pothesis showed ,that education
from ,the chassical to the distance education situation led to the emergence of
changes in practices.
