Abstract

This study provides basic concepts of the quality of health services, also offers a multi - criteria methods Evamix methodology that allows evaluation of the quality of service provided level, has been an applied study of the establishment of health, Dr Ben Zarjab, to highlight tow to apply the Evamix methodolog y to determine the quality of health services provided level by each interest. The study concluded that E vamix method allows a order to the interests of the institution better at harm and accorded to the quality provided by the interests of health service standards
