Abstract
This study aimed to identify the relationship between knowledge
management and performance effectiveness among workers , The
Directorate of Vocational Training and Education in Ain Temouchent , and in
order to achieve the objectives of this study the researcher used the
descriptive analytical method for its relevance to the objectives and nature of
study , and in order to obtain the necessary data , knowledge management
questionnaire was adopted by the researcher “Dr Saadoun Somaya” , and
the performance effectiveness questionnaire for the researcher “Dr Fadel
Fayza” , it was applied to a randomly selected sample by 75 from The
Directorate of Vocational Training and Education, consisting of 42 workers
and from the Vocational Training Center “Ayad Ben Ouda for Females” in the
state of Ain Temouchent out of 54 workers , and from the Vocational Training
and Apprenticeship Center in “Bouzidi Larbi Moulay “ in the Wilayat of Ain
Temouchent out of 54 workers .
The researcher relied on the statistical program Spss (version26) in data
processing , and the study resulted in the following results:
There is a statistically significant correlation between knowledge
management and performance effectiveness among the workers of the
Directorate of Vocational Training and Education .There are statistically
significant differences in knowledge management and performance
effectiveness of occupational category .There are no statistically significant
differences in knowledge management and performance effectiveness of
gender and work seniority.
