Abstract

This study aimed to identify the impact of organizational culture in the application of strategic management, by studying the dimensions of organizational culture, so that it is considered one of the foundations that determine the behaviour of the individual within the organization and how to take appropriate decisions in determining and formulating the strategy. In order to reach the objectives of the study, we conducted a field study that included all departments of the Tax Directorate of Ain Temouchent State, where we prepared a questionnaire as a tool to collect data. We also relied on the interview and observation, and then collected and analyzed the data, and also tested hypothesis using a program called SPSS in order to reach recommendations that the directorate would benefit from
