Abstract
This study aimed to identify the nature of the relationship between organizational climate
and job performance at the level of the Faculty of Science and Technology at the University
of Ain Temouchent Belhadj Bouchaib from the point of view of the faculty’s professors, This
study relied on the descriptive analytical method, and used the questionnaire as a tool for data
collection The study included 40 professors who were chosen randomly .
Among the most important findings of the study :
-Most of the arithmetic averages related to the organizational climate and its dimensions were
characterized by a very high degree of response.
-Most of the professors tend to judge the availability of a positive organizational climate in
the college.
-There is a strong positive relationship between the dimensions of the organizational climate
and the professors' job performance
