Abstract

This study aims at investigate the role of "Electronic Management" in the amelioration of the service performance, and to know the advantages and the challenge and the obstacles which prevent the "Electronic Management" in growing countries .The present study deals with the problematic of extend of the "Electronic Management" role in amelioration of administration services., the challenge and the obstacles of the "Electronic Management.
