Abstract

This study aimed to know the reality of electronic administration in the municipality of Ain Temouchent, and the descriptive analytical method was used, and the questionnaire was used as a main tool for data collection, as it was distributed to a sample of 40 administrative employees of various ranks, depending on simple random sample method. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is that the level of availability of electronic management elements in the municipality under study is high, and the study also found that there are obstacles that prevent the application of electronic management
