Abstract

This study aimed to identify the role of green human resources management practices in improving the quality of service in the Directorate of Commerce in Ain Temouchant, and in order to reach the goal, the descriptive and analytical approaches were used, and the tools of the study were the questionnaire that was distributed to 41 individuals from the employees of the Directorate of Commerce in Ain Temouchant, and to analyze the data obtained we used the statistical package program (SPSS) version (26). A number of results were reached, the most important of which are the most important of which is that there is a statistically significant impact of GHRM practices on improving service quality, and there is a statistically significant impact of GHRM practices on improving service quality in the Directorate of Commerce, and the study made several recommendations, including the need to design and implement training programs focusing on environmentally friendly practices, such as reducing paper consumption, improving waste management, using digital technologies to reduce environmental impact, and establishing a mechanism for continuous evaluation of the impact of GHRM practices on service quality and environment
