Abstract

This study aimed to identify the role of e-governance in achieving sustainable corporate performance. This study is a case study of Algeria Telecom - Aïn Témouchent. The descriptive analytical approach was adopted, given its suitability to the nature of the topic and the objectives of the study. A questionnaire was distributed to 40 employees in the institution under study. The data was analyzed using the statistical program SPSS version 26. The results of the study showed a statistically significant impact of e-governance on achieving sustainable performance at Algeria Telecom - Aïn Témouchent, and that the institution adheres to the dimensions of e-governance, namely transparency and electronic disclosure, electronic participation, electronic accountability, and electronic auditing.
