Abstract
The main risk identified in terms of durability of reinforced concrete in marine environment is linked to the
penetration of a severely aggressive agent : chlorides. This phenomena cause the corrosion of reinforcement
of concrete. The subject is widely studied in the world because the economic part is very important.
The penetration of the ions chlorides is the essential physico-chemical cause which reduces the service life
of the works to reinforced concrete by corrosion of the armatures. She depends mainly on characteristics of
materials and on environmental conditions. As the resultant damage of this phenomenon is very important
financially, he adorned the main part to improve the resistance of the concrete in the penetration of this
aggressive agent. As such, the determination of the profile of the concentrations in ions chlorides inside the
cementitious matrix is of a major importance because she allows to estimate the time(weather) required
by chlorides to reach(affect) the armatures in sufficiency for depassivat the steel.
