Résumé
This dissertation examines the use of electronic applications in teaching the Arabic language
in Algeria, focusing on the current situation and future prospects within the context of ongoing
digital transformation in the education sector. The study highlights the role of digital
technologies, particularly educational applications, in enhancing the teaching and learning of
Arabic, while evaluating their benefits, limitations, and potential for development.
A descriptive-analytical approach was adopted to investigate the reality of using electronic
applications in education, identify their main types, and analyze their contribution to improving
the teaching process. The study also explores the evolution of Arabic language education in
Algeria, from traditional methods to modern digital-based learning environments.
The results indicate that electronic applications have positively impacted Arabic language
education by promoting self-directed learning, increasing interaction between teachers and
learners, providing diverse learning resources, and improving assessment and monitoring
practices. They have also contributed to making learning more flexible and engaging.
However, the study also identifies several challenges, including reduced face-to-face
interaction, excessive reliance on technology, technical difficulties, and insufficient digital
training among educators. These issues highlight the need for a balanced and effective
integration of digital tools in education.
In conclusion, the study emphasizes that the future of Arabic language education in Algeria
depends on the successful integration of electronic applications within the educational system,
supported by adequate infrastructure and professional training to ensure improved educational
quality and alignment with technological advancements.
