Abstract

The study sought to highlight the extent of the impact of the diversification strategy on enhancing competitiveness, by studying the relationship between these two variables in general and between the diversification strategy and the dimensions of competitiveness in particular, which were represented in profitability, cost of production, and total productivity of factorsMarket share in Beni Saf Cement Company - Ain Temouchent - To determine this, some tools were used, such as a questionnaire that was presented to a sample of the company's workers, which helped obtain information and data and then process and analyze it based on the SPSS statistical program. The study concluded with a set of results, which is the existence of a direct and positive impact of the diversification strategy on competitiveness as a whole and in all its dimensions
